As a Team Lead in Izhevsk, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your primary goal will be to guide and support your team members, while also coordinating with other teams and stakeholders to achieve overall project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals
- Assign tasks and monitor progress, providing guidance and support when needed
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project manager
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize team performance
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Report progress and escalate any issues or concerns to the project manager

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software such as Asana or Trello is an asset

Salary:

This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
