As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project plans and timelines
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project progress
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans
- Communicate project updates and reports to upper management
- Ensure that all projects adhere to company policies and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc.)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Fluent in Russian (both written and verbal)
