Web Designer

We are hiring a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our development team to create innovative designs that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing website layouts, graphics, navigation menus, and other visual elements
- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Conducting research on current design trends and techniques to improve website design
- Creating wireframes and prototypes to present website designs to clients
- Ensuring that website designs are mobile-responsive and optimized for different devices
- Testing website functionality and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Working closely with the development team to implement design changes or updates
- Staying updated on industry developments and advancements in web design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is preferred
- Experience working with biometric passport systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Fluent in Russian (knowledge of English is a plus)

Salary: Starting at 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
