Online Consultant (Part-Time)


Our online consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Izhevsk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through online platforms. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within our company. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Providing personalized consulting services to clients through various online channels
- Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and relevant advice
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve our consulting processes
- Assisting with the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an Online Consultant or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Russian proficiency is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, products, and services related to online consulting
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Flexible schedule with the availability to work part-time hours
- Biometric passport (preferred)
