Online Consultant


As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their online inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. You will be expected to maintain a positive and friendly attitude while delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels, such as email, live chat, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner through various communication channels
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services
- Address client concerns and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while communicating with clients
- Utilize active listening skills to understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service is delivered
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in using various communication channels (email, live chat, social media)
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies is a plus

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Izhevsk, Russia. However, remote work options may be available for candidates residing outside of Izhevsk.
