We are seeking a Moderator to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions, ensuring that all comments and posts adhere to our community guidelines. You will also be responsible for addressing any user concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and controversial topics with diplomacy. A deep understanding of internet culture, as well as fluency in Russian, is essential. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, without accommodation.
