Job Title: Plasterer



A reputable construction company in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and smoothing plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a strong attention to detail. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and repairing as needed
- Apply coats of plaster using trowels or machines
- Create decorative finishes by using specialized tools and techniques
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good physical strength and stamina for manual labor
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different types of plastering techniques and materials
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
