Formworker Supervisor



As a Formworker Supervisor, you will oversee a team of formworkers responsible for constructing temporary or permanent structures using concrete, steel, wood, or other materials. You will be based in Izhevsk and work within a fast-paced construction environment.

Your responsibilities will include supervising the formwork process from start to finish, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for managing the team's schedule and productivity, as well as providing on-the-job training and guidance to new formworkers.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in formwork construction and possess strong leadership skills. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of formworkers and oversee their work on construction sites
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the formwork process
- Monitor progress and productivity of the team to meet project deadlines
- Train and guide new formworkers on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and hours worked by the team
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in formwork construction
- Proven experience in leading a team
- In-depth knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong understanding of safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
