Job Title: Solar Installer


As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and related equipment. Your duties will include working on roof-mounted or ground-mounted solar arrays, connecting electrical components, and ensuring proper installation and functionality of the system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related equipment according to manufacturer instructions
- Work with a team to safely lift and install heavy solar panels onto roofs or ground mounts
- Connect electrical wiring, inverters, and other components to ensure proper functionality of the system
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations while working at heights or with electrical equipment
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation project

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in construction, electrical work, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with hand/power tools and ability to work on roofs at heights
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring principles
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow written instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve effectively

Working Conditions:
This role will require you to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You may also be required to work at heights while installing solar panels. Safety gear will be provided. This is a full-time position with potential for overtime hours.

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Izhevsk, but candidates from all nationalities are welcome to apply. We are willing to sponsor visa applications for the right candidate if needed.
