Job Title: Architectural Technologist in Izhevsk


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Izhevsk. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure the designs are feasible and cost-effective, and ensuring that all projects comply with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop innovative design solutions
- Conduct site visits to gather information and identify potential challenges in the construction process
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction methods
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
- Review drawings for accuracy before submitting them for approval

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in Izhevsk (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
- Fluency in Russian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position. Additionally, we provide visa sponsorship for candidates from all nationalities.
