Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the building is built according to the design plans and specifications
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture or a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Izhevsk, Russia.
