We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Oversee all phases of architectural design projects from initial concept to final construction
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals
- Work closely with contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Ensure that projects comply with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month.
