Senior Architect

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Izhevsk. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and architecture, as well as strong technical skills and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect, with at least 5 years in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Fluency in Russian (preferred)

Salary: 1400$ per month.
