Part-Time Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Machine Operator in Izhevsk. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in our production facility. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone without prior experience or for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications and production schedules
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them running smoothly
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of machine operation and maintenance principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to follow written instructions and communicate effectively in Russian (knowledge of English is a plus)
- Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends if needed
