Junior Accountant


As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports for our company. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial statements. You will also handle payroll processing, assist with tax preparation, and ensure compliance with accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for the company
- Manage accounts payable and receivable by processing invoices, payments, and receipts
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Help with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct research on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an accounting role or internship
- Familiarity with tax laws and regulations
- Fluency in Russian (written and spoken)
