Experienced Florist

Are you a creative and passionate florist with experience in creating stunning floral arrangements? We are searching for an experienced florist to join our team in Izhevsk. As a florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and special events.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements based on clients' preferences and event themes
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of flowers to ensure their freshness and longevity
- Manage inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools to ensure availability for daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral arrangements for their needs
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm ideas and create original designs
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry and incorporate them into your designs
- Adhere to health and safety policies when handling flowers, tools, and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional florist
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and color combinations
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, and proper care methods
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Proficiency in using floral design tools such as scissors, knives, wire cutters, etc.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with accommodation. Our company also assists with obtaining necessary visas for foreign employees.
