As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting high-quality coffee beverages in a fast-paced cafe environment. Our ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and has previous experience working as a barista. This position is located in Izhevsk, Russia, and offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and cold brews
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest standard of quality and consistency
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe counter area at all times
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends
- Must have legal authorization to work in Izhevsk
