Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. Your main duties will include inventory management, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Communicate with customers to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train new warehouse staff on proper procedures and protocols
- Troubleshoot any technical or logistical issues that may arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
