- Maintain store inventory levels and replenish products as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop merchandising strategies that align with company goals
- Monitor product performance and make suggestions for improvement or changes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency in merchandising standards
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and best practices
- Communicate with vendors regarding product availability, promotions, and displays
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased profitability

Requirements:
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail sales preferred
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and product placement strategies
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
- Fluency in Russian preferred but not required
