We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Part-Time Tutor to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and effective academic support to students of various ages and levels. This is an urgent position with a flexible schedule and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Create individualized lesson plans based on student's needs and goals
- Deliver effective instruction in a variety of subjects including math, science, English, and more
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Utilize different teaching methods to engage students and enhance their learning experience
- Communicate with parents or guardians regularly to discuss student's academic performance and address any concerns
- Collaborate with other tutors or teachers to share resources and ideas

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is preferred but not required)
- Passion for teaching and ability to connect with students of all ages
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Patient, flexible, and organized with strong time management skills
- Must be able to commute to various locations within Izhevsk as needed

Salary: This is a part-time position paying 1200$ per month.
