Bank Teller - Al-Khor, Qatar



As a bank teller at our institution in Al-Khor, Qatar, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients while efficiently and accurately processing financial transactions. This is an ideal position for someone with prior experience in banking or finance and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and maintain proper records of all transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Promote bank products and services to clients and make appropriate referrals
- Uphold high levels of confidentiality and security in handling client information
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalee language is an asset)
- Must be able to work without accommodation
