As a moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful environment within our online community. You will monitor user-generated content and interactions, enforce community guidelines, and handle any issues or disputes that may arise. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of internet etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and interactions to ensure they comply with community guidelines
- Respond promptly to any reported issues or disputes
- Communicate with users in a professional and respectful manner while enforcing community standards
- Work closely with other moderators to maintain consistency in decision-making and enforcement of rules
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in internet culture and adjust moderation practices accordingly
- Collaborate with the community management team to develop and improve policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Russian (both written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of internet culture and online etiquette
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in moderation or community management roles preferred but not required
- Experience moderating online communities or social media platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with content management systems is an asset

Compensation:
$1700 per month salary
