Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Ufa. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces in order to enhance their appearance and protect them from damage. You must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a contract job without accommodation, so the ideal candidate must already have a biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and removing old paint
- Select and mix paints or stains according to the desired color
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Use techniques such as sponging, stenciling, or faux finishing to create decorative effects
- Ensure surfaces are properly coated and free of streaks or drips
- Follow safety precautions at all times and use protective equipment when necessary
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in residential or commercial settings
- Solid knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to accurately match colors and create different textures and effects
- Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn new techniques

Education/Certification:
High school diploma/GED preferred; vocational training in painting is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

This position is located in Ufa.
