Entry-Level Finisher (Contract) in Ufa, Russia

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Finisher to join our team on a contract basis in Ufa, Russia. As a finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to various surfaces and materials, ensuring they meet quality standards. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain experience in the finishing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and priming
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
- Maintain equipment and tools used for finishing
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in finishing is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of color theory and mixing paints

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.
