We are in need of a skilled Finisher to join our team in Ufa. As a Finisher, your primary responsibility will be to complete the final stages of production on various projects. This includes inspecting and repairing any imperfections or defects, sanding and smoothing surfaces, and applying finishing touches such as paint or varnish.

To excel in this role, you must have a keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of different types of finishes and their application techniques. You should also have experience working with various materials, including wood, metal, and plastic.

As a Finisher, you will be expected to work independently but also collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Your ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively is crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect completed projects for any imperfections or defects
- Repair any imperfections using appropriate tools and techniques
- Sand and smooth surfaces to prepare for finishing
- Apply finishes such as paint, varnish, or stain using appropriate tools and techniques
- Work with different types of materials including wood, metal, and plastic
- Follow instructions carefully to ensure projects meet quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise
- Maintain a clean work area and properly care for tools and equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; additional education or certification in finishing is preferred
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar position
- Strong understanding of different types of finishes and their application techniques
- Experience working with various materials including wood, metal, and plastic
- Ability to work independently but also collaborate with team members when needed
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections or defects
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and communicate effectively with team members
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work on different projects as needed
- Must have own visa and be able to work without accommodation
