Architectural Technologist - Ufa, Russia


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Ufa, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, including drafting technical drawings and creating 3D models. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes, as well as proficiency in CAD software.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
- Draft technical drawings using CAD software
- Create 3D models for presentations and client approvals
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Stay up-to-date on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Communicate with clients and contractors to address any issues or concerns during the project process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of architectural principles and building codes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Ufa, Russia (no accommodation provided)

Visa Requirements: Candidates must have their own visa for working in Russia.
