Part-Time Architectural Technologist in Ufa

Our architectural firm in Ufa is seeking a part-time Architectural Technologist to join our team. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who is able to work independently and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in architectural drafting and must be proficient in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans for various architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Conduct site visits as needed to gather information for drafting purposes
- Review and analyze building codes, bylaws, and regulations to ensure compliance with project designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions through drafting

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, bylaws, and regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is an asset)

This is a part-time position offering a salary of $1200 per month. The schedule can be flexible based on the candidate's availability. This is an urgent need, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
