Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, and allocate resources accordingly
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure efficient project execution
- Review and approve all architectural designs, plans, and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, construction methods, and codes
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills would be an advantage)
- Must have own visa/work permit for Ufa

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
