Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects in our company's office located in Ufa. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the successful completion of projects from conception to completion, while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to develop innovative and efficient design solutions that meet the client's needs and comply with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire architectural design process from initial concept development to final construction drawings.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Review and approve all architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and other documents.
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other legal requirements related to architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Ufa (Russian candidates preferred)
