We are in urgent need of a skilled Fitter to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining various mechanical components and systems. You must have at least 3 years of experience in the field and be able to work with precision and attention to detail. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate. Biometric passport is also required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
- Install and adjust machinery and equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines and systems
- Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
