Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Excavator Operator to join our team in Ufa. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth or other materials during construction or demolition projects. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, load trucks, and perform other tasks as needed
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or defects
- Perform routine maintenance on the excavator as needed
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Inspect work site before beginning excavation to identify potential hazards
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate with team members effectively

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating an excavator is preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be willing to work flexible hours if necessary

Salary: $1700 per month
