Senior Gardener in Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Gardener to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Senior Gardener, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of our gardens. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement garden designs
- Prepare soil for planting and maintain healthy plants
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges
- Weed and fertilize gardens
- Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues
- Water plants as needed
- Maintain garden structures such as fences, paths, and gates
- Supervise other gardening staff members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plants, trees, and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow garden plans accurately
- Excellent time management skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Horticulture or related field
- Experience working in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of Russian flora
