Part-time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients with computer hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Install and set up new computer equipment and software
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, including updates and virus scans
- Document all support activities and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner, providing clear instructions and explanations
- Collaborate with other team members to identify solutions to complex technical problems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in computer science or information technology is preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1100$ per month (based on hourly rate)

Location: Izhevsk (must be able to report to our office for scheduled shifts)
