Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in Izhevsk. Your main duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, configuring hardware and software, and providing training to users. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and logs of support requests and resolutions.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in computer systems and a passion for solving technical problems. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Configure computer systems, printers, routers, and other devices
- Install and update software applications
- Train users on how to effectively use computer systems
- Maintain records of support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software applications
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to document solutions accurately
