Job Title: Deep Learning Engineer


We are hiring a skilled Deep Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Izhevsk. As a Deep Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to design, train, and deploy deep learning models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and programming, as well as experience in working with large datasets and developing machine learning models.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement deep learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design, train, and deploy deep learning models
- Conduct research on new AI techniques and stay updated on the latest developments in the field
- Optimize model performance through parameter tuning and hyperparameter optimization
- Identify areas for improvement in existing models and propose solutions
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in deep learning development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with popular deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras
- Knowledge of data manipulation tools like SQL or Pandas
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Artificial Intelligence or related field
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Izhevsk, Russia
Contract job with possibility of extension
