Temporary Barista

We are in need of a skilled and efficient Temporary Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Izhevsk. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for creating delicious coffee beverages.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer orders
- Ensure the quality and consistency of drinks by following company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and provide friendly customer service
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must have a biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one for temporary employment purposes
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
