Merchandiser - Retail Coordinator (Medina, Pakistan)



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser - Retail Coordinator to join our team in Medina, Pakistan. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating the buying and selling of goods within our retail store. This is a contract position with the potential for growth and advancement.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Create attractive displays and promotional setups to increase sales
- Analyze sales data and make strategic decisions to optimize product placements
- Collaborate with sales team to create effective marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a merchandising or retail coordination role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend shifts
