Merchandiser for Retail Store in Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at a retail store in Medina. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper display and arrangement of products in the store to attract customers and maximize sales. Your duties will include coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, creating visual displays, and analyzing sales data to inform future merchandising decisions.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent English language skills
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and trends
- Must have valid visa or ability to obtain visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate pricing terms
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure product availability at all times
- Create attractive visual displays that promote products and enhance the overall aesthetic of the store
- Analyze sales data to identify popular products, slow-moving items, and opportunities for promotion or clearance sales
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions or events that drive sales
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising standards
- Regularly check product quality and report any issues to suppliers or management
- Keep track of market trends, competitors' products, and consumer preferences to inform future merchandising strategies

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
