Logistics Coordinator - Sharjah, UAE


We are hiring a detail-oriented and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained
- Arrange transportation for shipments
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient handling of goods
- Troubleshoot any logistics or supply chain issues that arise
- Review and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding transportation and import/export procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
- Knowledge of logistics processes, including transport modes, customs clearance procedures, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: AED 1200 per month
