We are seeking a part-time administrator to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals looking for a flexible work schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and responding to emails.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating databases.
- Assisting with data entry and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of office functions.
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Handling office supply inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination.
Requirements:
- Biometric passport or Omani nationality preferred.
- Must be able to work part-time hours (approximately 20 hours per week).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000 Omani Rials per month.

This is a part-time position located in Nizwa, Oman. Candidates must have their own accommodation.
