Administrative Assistant

We are in need of a competent and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team in various administrative and clerical tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining physical and digital filing systems
- Creating and updating documents and spreadsheets
- Assisting with bookkeeping and budgeting tasks
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Assisting with travel arrangements for staff members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required
