Office Assistant - Lusail, Qatar
We are in need of a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and stocking inventory
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Process and file documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an office setting in Lusail or Qatar
- Fluency in languages other than English (especially Indian languages)
