Loader Operator

Our construction company in Isa Town is seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and move materials on our construction sites. This includes loading and unloading trucks, stockpiling materials, and moving materials to designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loader in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety protocols
- Load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, etc. onto trucks or other equipment
- Transport materials to designated areas on construction site
- Perform routine maintenance on loader, such as cleaning and inspecting for any issues
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading and unloading activities
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors regarding material handling

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating heavy equipment, specifically loaders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail and safety-minded attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as needed

Preferred:
- Experience working in the construction industry preferred but not required
- Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred but not required

Salary:
$1000 per month with accommodation provided.
