Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the development of various construction projects in Ar-Ruwais. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct accurate measurements and collect data on land, buildings, and other structures using specialized equipment. You will use this information to create surveys, maps, and other documentation for planning and construction purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys to determine land boundaries, elevations, contours, and other features
- Use tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones to collect accurate data
- Analyze data and prepare reports, maps, and other documentation for clients
- Communicate with project managers and engineers to ensure surveying needs are met
- Train and supervise junior surveyors on proper techniques for data collection
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD or GIS is preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month based on qualifications and experience.
