We are in search of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and provide accurate data for construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using advanced equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and create reports, maps, and plots
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying work
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred
