Construction Manager

Our construction company in Salalah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage the construction of various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of the project
- Review and approve construction plans, specifications, and contracts
- Monitor progress of construction work and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Hire and manage staff including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship, quality of materials, and adherence to project plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and project management software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors,and other stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings

Salary: 1200$ per month without accommodation. Salary may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Location: Salalah (preferred but not required)
