House Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are currently seeking a highly competent and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large household in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and staff members. This is a live-in position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth functioning of the household, including managing staff schedules, coordinating events and appointments, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and equipment, place orders when necessary.
- Manage household budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance of household appliances.
- Supervise domestic staff including housekeepers, gardeners, drivers, etc. Provide training when needed.
- Handle household accounts such as bill payments and financial records.
- Ensure that all security measures are implemented to protect the household.
- Plan menus for meals and oversee meal preparation.
- Act as a liaison between the family members and other staff to ensure open communication.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a house manager or similar role in a high-end household.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage employees effectively.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings when needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month with accommodation provided.

This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
