Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar
A leading company in Dukhan is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining files and records
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging travel accommodations
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area for visitors
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
Salary:
1000$ per month
