As an Executive Chef in our luxury resort located in the beautiful city of Khasab, Oman, you will be responsible for creating and executing a diverse menu of high-quality dishes. Your role will require you to lead the kitchen team in preparing and presenting meals for our guests, while also managing inventory and maintaining food safety standards. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1700$, including accommodation.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef who has a strong background in culinary arts and has worked in similar positions before. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and delicious dishes using fresh and local ingredients. You must also have excellent leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate your team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create menus that are both innovative and appealing to our guests
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality meals are consistently produced
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Continuously strive to improve menu offerings and kitchen operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create unique menus while considering dietary restrictions or preferences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments within the resort
- Attention to detail in order to maintain high food quality standards
