Supply Manager - Riyadh, Egypt


We are a leading company in the supply chain industry, looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national with extensive experience in supply management, preferably with a background in the retail or manufacturing sector. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and distribution of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Source suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and track key performance indicators related to supply chain management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production, and coordinate logistics
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to procurement and distribution
- Manage relationships with suppliers, resolving any issues or disputes that may arise
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain management, preferably in retail or manufacturing industries
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms from suppliers
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software such as SAP or Oracle
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience managing a team
